Came on opening day around 3pm anticipating an queue at noon, even then the resturant was still pretty full but we were seated immediately. Service was attentive and friendly, food was…let’s say i can’t wait to come again to try more menu items! We had the beef brisket stew with rice, large Country pho and 3 colour drink on this visit. My Family is craving for Vietnamese food and we decided to dine in at Country Pho, it’s our first time to visit in and the food is amazing , the portion of beef brisket soup was big and it was delicious. We loved also the chicken spring roll. ❤️

Heading to Geelong with a craving for a Banh Mi I found Country Pho from a Google machine search and was impressed by the reviews. Unfortunately at 6pm they were unable to make a Banh Mi after selling out for the day.. bummer and the only reason they didn’t get 5 stars. Instead I chose to eat in and ordered the Wantons as an entree and to test them out my favourite a Seafood Laksa. The wantons were nice, the dipping sauce good but add the chilli paste on the tables to make them spot on. The Laksa was also right up there, with extra chilli it had the tang I was looking for. Only thing missing was tofu in it and maybe I should of asked. was a great selection of Seafood in it. I will 100% return and hopefully for a lunch to have a crispy pork Banh Mi. highly recommend this place. Also at a guess the very few 1 star reviews made me suss and have a funny feeling they may be local competitors

Pho – great flavour to the beef broth, huge bowl. Yum. Chicken laksa also very flavourful and plentiful. Wait can be long depending on day and time. Had both long wait and no wait. Should try it. Might have to work our way through a bit more of the menu.
