My sisters and I (3) were staying locally and this place and the menu appealed. We had no reservation, but they had a table on the sidewalk where we were happy to sit with outdoor gas heaters this place was warm enough.

This Italian place is huge, easy to locate and has a casual yet authentic vibe being draped with national Italic colours. The booking was available on Friday night albeit at 8pm, and we had gotten rave reviews about their Risotto. So, we stuck to it and ordered a Truffle and Vegetarian Risotto. We also asked for a Vegetarian Fettuccine and requested for a modification in the base sauce which was happily accepted by the team. The truffle sauce was amazingly rich, creamy and delicious, with the rice being perfectly prepared as well. The vegetarian risotto was a delight with all the alliums adding a great flavour to it. The Fettuccine in comparison was pale in comparison to Risotto, but again that was expected as we’d asked only for the tomato sauce and not napoletana sauce. The prices are a bit steep, but probably in order with Sufers Paradise classy dine in places. We’d love to try and visit the place again when we are around for our next trip, Grazie!

⭐️Nonna meatball – meatballs were alright and the Napoleon sauce tasted like fresh tomatoes, not the very rich kind of sauce; the two garlic bread on the side didn’t have much garlic taste to it and it’s quite hard; but overall not bad

Nice Italian restaurant in the Gold Coast. We went a little earlier than normal dinner time, and glad we did because it got quite busy afterwards. Service was fast and accurate. Doormen were friendly, though pushy to sit outside in the outdoor seating area. The bruschetta was overpriced at $12.50 for two small pieces, for an extra $2.50 you can add feta cheese, what can of Italian restaurant offers feta as their cheese option?! Thought that was a little silly. I ordered the Tortellini Papalina and my fiancé ordered the chicken gnocchi and his flavours were definitely better than mine. My cream sauce seemed to be lacking that real Italian flavour with the parmesan bite. Shocked they don’t offer Parmesan to be grated on top of pasta dishes, they did have the fine powder like parm to shake on top as an alternative.
