This was such a great reunion dinner venue with old friends. Service was sharp, staff were attentive & on the ball. Food was quick & delicious – presentation was beautiful with all dishes except for one, which was a shame because it was very obvious. The Lamb Ragu Pappardelle was ordered by 2 of the group & for both, the serves were carelessly slopped on the plate. Unacceptable, especially when all the rest were so well presented. A real shame. Come on chef! The dish was described as average, as it turns out. All others were excellent, & my recommendations would be the beef carpaccio – SO good! The risotto & seafood pastas, & the beef cheek – can’t go wrong at all. YUM!

Fantastic atmosphere however the food was overrated. I can see the hype if you are not familiar with the type of cuisine but it was ordinary at best. I do not mind paying a high price for food if it satisfying but from memory, $30 for three scallops, each the size of a twenty cent piece was over priced for an entree.

I made a dinner booking with Cosi to celebrate my partner’s birthday. I had done some research for Italian restaurants and made the choice to book Cosi with the menu choices and positive reviews. The dining experience was exceptional, went beyond my expectations. The food (Marinara and Lamb Ragu) was extremely delicious and good sizing. The service was first class! I thank the Cosi staff for their professionalism and mindfulness of my partner’s birthday by presenting a candle in our dessert and saying happy birthday as we left. I would highly recommend Cosi and wont hesitate to return.
