Hands down the best meal I’ve had at a restaurant, ever! And that’s a big call. We shared the halloumi starter (AMAZING) and each had a main, the pork belly and the pressed lamb. The lamb dish was honestly the best meal I have had, perfectly cooked and flavoured! The carrots were the tastiest carrots I’ve ever eaten, and they weren’t even the feature on the plate. Thank you for bringing incredible food to The Hills 🙂

After reading the reviews I was so excited to try Cognoscenti, the atmosphere was very relaxing and staff were attentive and polite and the wine list is superb. Our entrees, sides (we hsd one of each off the menu) and desert (best cheesecake in Melbourne) were well proportioned, succulent and bursting with unique flavour. Unfortunately the mains left a bit to be desired, my beef cheek was so over cooked I did eat it and the fish had too many bones for it to be enjoyed properly.
