I had heard bad stories about the food since their re-opening (as cluckers) and thought I would have to try for myself. A but skeptical at first, as there was alot of microwaving of items and the wait time was a little long, but it was lunch busy. But I was pleasantly surprised with my Chicken burger combo ( which looked exactly like the advertised picture!) and tasted great, good chips too.

Thought I’d check the new chicken joint out, I know they’re finding they’re feet, but after a 20 min wait in the drive through, I get my meal. Everyone likes to munch on some chips on the way home. Whilst my chicken was steaming my chips were almost cold barely Luke warm, no seasoning. I asked for a wing bit in my quarter chicken meal and was given a leg. I almost went to go back but didn’t want to wait any longer than I already had done. The chicken is juicy and moist quite nice. There is also a surcharge if u use Ur card. Something I didn’t know.the small gravy was watery aswell. Not a good meal my animals enjoyed it.

Went through drive Thu and ordered my meal for myself and partner. Got home and the supreme chicken roll was stone cold. Cheese didn’t even melt. Wanted to call them to let them know but no phone number available, so instead I’ll tell them on here and hope they sort it out.

Ordered the Chicken Roll Combo and Wing Bitz Combo. Decent chips but the wings looked pretty dry, and I questioned whether the Chicken Roll actually had Mayo on it. The roll was a good size, and the chips were a great size too. Chicken for both meals were just very dry. Beautiful service though.

First visit it took 20 minutes for a large chips that we discovered as we drove out were cold so went straight back and told them. The young girl was quite rude. Today, ordered 11 wing bits for $13.90 which were so small I could have eaten the lot. I’m sorry but I don’t think we’ll be back, very disappointed.

I just want to say don’t let the negativity, reviews and abuse get you down. Take on the feedback and make improvements but don’t take it to heart. Well done on starting. Every day in small business is tough and the first few weeks will be so challenging. What people don’t stop to think about is that when you have just opened, staff are training, equipment is new, things will take alot longer, procedures and processes won’t be right and you will be busy and won’t be able to keep up.

First time trying this place and I must say very disappointed, the prices weren’t bad so I’ll give them that but the wait time holy ! I reckon a good 30+ minute wait just for a burger combo. No apologies for the long wait and it really wasn’t that busy. The burger wasn’t to bad but the chips chips that weren’t on the burnt side that tasted like old oil with no flavour ! Not even any salt. Not worth the long wait and disgusting chips for an avergae burger !

Customer service is terrible, a bloke was waiting for awhile but walked out due to no one serving him. The girl at the counter was rude when serving us, not happy to be at work.
