The food here is reasonable but the service can be slow and clumsy at times. The coffee is pretty good so a good place to stop in for a morning coffee or cold drink in the afternoon.

Good ambience and friendly service. The waiters were helpful and polite. But the food was disappointing. Considering each main/pasta/salad is $30-50, my expectation was higher than what was served. We didn’t try the pizza but what we ordered wasn’t worth the money.

Once again Chill At Portofino has out done itself with great food and wonderful customer service. It has been about 6 years since eating here but again everything stood up. Food was lagging in time but that was due to a very high demand on a Friday night. So if you are in the Palm Cove area I highly recommend and I thank the chef and staff for their hospitality.

Had a beautiful Eggs Benny for our birthday breakfast celebrations! Staff were polite, food was quick and tasted great! Just wish there was a little more on our plates for what we ordered but otherwise we will be back!

This place looks like it has been there for over 40 years and it has been added onto along the way. Keeping with the feel and laid back atmosphere of Palm Cove. The rusty chain and overgrown plants along the front could do with removal and a tidy up. The place does feel dirty and worn out. The food was okay and the pizzas looked fine. Overall the place is nice but probably really needing a complete gutting and refresh.

Chill at Portofino lives by its name and offers a very chill vibe with friendly and quick service. They do not have a vegan menu but were happy to make the Vegetariana pizza vegan. They replaced the dairy cheese with vegan cheese on the pizza and it tasted really good.

Great spot on the corner across the road from the beach. We popped in for some drinks, the staff were very friendly and only too happy to please! Spacious and a great spot to people watch! Worth a stop and next time we’ll eat here.
