Fast, great service, I got exactly what I ordered. Hot fresh food, place was clean throughout and more cleaning done while I was there. Hand basin, paper towels soap pump and hand sanitiser in dining area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very impressed…thank you, especially for all important cleanliness at this point in time!

Ordered food, when I returned through due to being given the wrong order (and gross, burnt pineapple fritters due to dirty oil) the manager blamed it on the employee standing next to her instantly. Incredibly horrible customer service and horrid management!

Went and got drive through qt around 4pm so not rush hour. All our food was stone cold. The cheese in the burgers still felt like it just came out the fridge so you can immagine how warm the chicken was. And the chips were stale and soggy and cold!!! Definetly the worst experience for chicken treat I have ever had. This put me off big time. This violates all health and safety regulations around the serving of chicken and its temperatures. I wonder what head office would think about this. They dont even deserve the 1 star….
