Hi I came into your establishment today to buy myself some lunch , As soon as I got to counter the lady didn’t even bother to say hello or ask what I would like ,her first words to me were “ you better not of scratched my car” I have no idea what she’s talking about as I didn’t park in a weird way but apparently I parked next to her car! Is this how she greets all customers that happen to park near hers? I ended up not ordering and walking out in complete disbelief that this was they way I got treated as soon as I walked in, I myself have worked in customer service for many years and would never even think of complaining about anyone but this lady was seriously rude and had no need to talk to me like that. She was aggressive from the second I approached the counter.I’m so disgusted that this is they way I got treated as it was so uncalled for and unprofessional.
