Worst thing a saw today. I went there for my food. I saw there was little young who was doing Uber eats. Chicken treat one of female staff member was very rude with Uber eats driver. Who allow them to behave like this?

The food is good, waiting times are horrible and staff are in disarray even though they are nice and friendly . It was okay waiting for a while for my crunchified chicken. But this happens too often, 8-14 people get served and I am still waiting for my order. Those people that ordered has a similar order to mine. Sometimes I order online and still have to wait 15-30 mins. I had enough and just refunded an order that I was waiting on for 30 mins, just for 6 piece of chicken, and mash potato and gravy. Might as well start going to the maddington chicken treat, probably save more time driving there and back home.

Tried to submit feedback via the Chicken Treat website. It kept glitching out – couldn’t submit it. Got great friendly service this evening from Rebecca and the young man in the kitchen. Nice meal – hot, fresh and fast. Only downside is the ever increasing cost of fast food including Chicken Treat. But great food and service this evening

my mate and I snakced on the $5 chicken roll meal and it was disgusting, the bread tasted like it was drenched into water and put into the microwave, the chicken was absolutely horrible and the mayonaise tasted like day old sour cream left over on the kitchen counter, even my dog wouldn’t eat it. however the chips were standard and crispy.
