went there the other day and got chicken and chips. stood at the counter for a young man to look at me then keep puring multiple containers of gravy after 5 min got served then my chips were soggy and my gravy was cold like got out of the fridge.

Driving from Gold Coast we thought we would stop here to support local business rather than McDonald’s or KFC. I put in my order, waited 1/2 hour and when I asked when will my order would be ready she had to check. Came back out and said there is no BBQ chicken left and that the fried chicken would take time to heat up the fryer. Asked for my money back and then was told that I can’t expect more coming in at 3 in the afternoon. I asked well why are you open then? I wasn’t the only one that had the same experience. So rude!

WOW! Talk about value for money. I ordered the chicken dinner and thought the veggie portions would be small so ordered an extra potato piece. The portions are HUGE (I think the potatoes are on steroids’!) ha ha
