Wasn’t very hungry so just ordered some entrees. The place itself is looking quite fancy and romantic for a hotel restaurant. Love the acoustic pop songs they played as a background. We ordered quail and veggie tart dish (forgot to take picture of tart dish). Quail is disappointingly came skinless and chopped into pieces. I like the aioli sauce that came with it and the zucchini noodles. The veggie tart wasn’t anything special, came with some rockets salad. Also had their pina colada mocktail, which was interestingly came with coconut milk in it, but it was delicious! We also got fried ice cream after seeing it came for another table, thinking it looked amazing. Unfortunately taste is not very good, it was hard coating and ice cream inside all melted. The Chinese restaurants’ ones would look worse but taste better.

Just goes to show how important a chef is to a business and front of house staff, went there last Friday night place was empty and I never ever write bad reviews. This needs to be said 26.00 for a kid size ceaser salad boiled eggs, salmon over cooked Beurre blanc sauce yer right. Food took over an hour to come out with only 3 tables. Front of house staff to busy sitting on a table outside to bother clearing plates. Lack of management and a chef hmm feel sorry for owner really unhappy with this hopefully they can sort there back of house issues out as it would be a great spot to go to with right staff.

AVOID THIS PLACE. If I could give it no stars, I would. Unbelievably terrible. Went here with my 9 year old daughter for a daddy/daughter date on a Tuesday evening. A Tuesday. A day that is never busy. 4 tables of 2 people were at the restaurant. 45 minutes passed and we finally got our four slices of soaking wet garlic bread; asked once an hour ticked over where our food was, and the “chef” hadn’t even started cooking the kids meal! WTH! Obviously we left, but not before being made to pay for the soggy garlic bread and 2 glasses of soft drink. If you don’t mind waiting 2 hours for a steak, and being ignored by the FOH staff, by all means, eat here. If you like amazing service, try 400 Gradi down the road. AVOID!

Stopping by for a work trip and my goodness, I am glad that they kept me here for the duration. The food at Chaffey’s Restaurant was amazing. Eating here several times and having the opportunity to try various dishes on the menu, not one failed me! Along with the most sensational food, came lovely service. If I ever find myself back in Mildura, I’ll definitely be back here and will be recommending to my friends!

Generally fairly nice. Flank steak not medium rare but a mix between rare and well done. Skin on red wine jue. Quinoa and goats cheese Salad best part of meal. Not terrible but not mind blowing.

My dinner tonight was perfect. The pumpkin and goats cheese ravioli was divine and to top it off the apple and rhubarb crumble was the best way to finish this amazing dinner. Our waiters were courteous and very helpful, well done to all involved, we will definitely be back.

Possibly one of the most underated restaurants in Mildura, the staff are lovely, the food is absolutely amazing and the dining area is well looked after, I highly suggest getting the onion rings from here, and the pulled pork bombs are to die for, absolute mouthfuls of heaven. They have a great selection of drinks too. And if need be you have friends or family who aren’t very adventurous with food they can cater to them as well.

The food was delicious and the entre and main dishes reminded me of French cuisine. The service was impeccable. The portions were reasonable, and not excessive – one can have a 3-course meal without bursting. Would recommend anyone visiting Mildura to try this restaurant.
