Nice food and good service but parma was just warm and I had to pay extra for ham. Think it would be better if food was priced better and kids’ meals included drinks in the meal not as an added fee. Not sure if it’s due to the public holiday but the Ice coffee came out barely cold and but don’t think I’ll be checking back in again.

We ordered ribeye steak and chicken parmigiana today. Spent over $60 and the only food that is nice to eat was the chips served with the steak. I asked for medium and was given medium well for the steak. The steak was a pass but the chicken is a fail. Definitely a frozen chicken and with the cheese it tasted like something from a kids’ menu. Very disappointed as I only visit because of the 4 stars review. And nothing worth the rate, service was horrible (no water serve and have to order at the counter ourselves) and same goes with the environment. Not going to visit again.

Not good feedback I’m afraid. Service was lacking tonight. We had to go to counter to request someone to come and take our order after waiting some time. One of our drinks never turned up. We asked that dessert be brought over once we’d finished eating but it didn’t come. So, when I went to pay and I complained to the young girl at Register, she was very dismissive, unapologetic and made excuses. I would have been quite happy to take dessert away with us but I was so disgusted with the attitude of the girl at the register that I just paid and left. Not a good way to run a business that we used to eat at often.

Haven’t been back in a long time and now I’m reminded why… food was average and coffee was horrible. Ordered a frappe and it had little to no taste, the waiter was lovely and got it remade.

Been going here for ages but won’t go again. Poached eggs were cold, fried eggs were so undercooked had to send them back to be rebooked. Pasta carbonara was nice but a very, very small amount, lucky to be about 100 grams of Pasta. Don’t know if it’s new owners & chef, but nowhere near as good as it used to be. Also had to get our own cutlery & napkins. Will have to find somewhere else to eat.

Stopped by here for a drink whilst waiting for some take away elsewhere. Staff were really accommodating and friendly and the Negroni in particular was perfectly made.
