Great burger and great atmosphere! It has huge parking area. I think it is a good place to hang out with friends away from busy congested area. The interior is funky designed with modern industrial ambience. It was clean too.

I recently visited the Carls Jr. location in Thomastown and I was impressed with the quality of the food. The chicken fillet was cooked to perfection – juicy and flavorful. The waffle fries were also crispy and delicious. The highlight of the meal, however, was the Biscoff shake with cream. It was thick and creamy with a strong Biscoff flavor. Overall, I had a great experience at this Carls Jr. location and would highly recommend it to others.

Ordered the Big Carl Burger and a side of chicken tenders. Service was fast as i was the only customer in the restaurant which was odd considering at was just before noon. Chips were cold, why? Burger was ok but nothing special, could have been more fresh. Tenders were good but salty. These guys need to lift their game or face extinction. Tried them a while back on uber eats and was very disappointed, thought i’d give them another shot by eating in. Bit of a sad experience and definitely won’t be back.

Ordered delivery, food was cold and burger patties dry and overcooked. The food was delivered in under 10 minutes and delivery company was prompt, so I assume the food was sent out cold. Burgers were tiny inside massive boxes and at $20 for double burgers it’s ridiculous, especially as they weren’t even nice. Ordered chilli cheese fries as well and again a tiny portion inside a massive box, they weren’t nice either. Very disappointed as this order cost $85 for 2 large burger meals and a kids meal, would not recommend.

My first time in Carl Jnrs . Burgers are fantastic and fresh , the fries are obviously not the star of the show and they need some love, a bigger chip and more season ., didn’t know what to order and the staff were super helpful. Don’t miss the deals that are on the counter laminated like I did.

The restaurant was clean and modern, with reasonable prices for their meals and pretty good service for a chain. The free refills with most drinks is an awesome bonus, and when I was not given a cup with my corporate box, the staff member I waved down was able to not only give me a cup but fill it with the drink of my choice

The biggest problem with this burger chain is the temperature of the burger offerings, and it’s not just this store it has been every Carl’s I have been to. I don’t get the tepid temperature it has to be a systemic issue, please heat this thing up another way other than between your hands. The burgers have a good taste and presentation.

Carl’s Jr has very decent food for the price, the wait was longer than it should’ve been, they have free refills on drinks if you dine in, and while that is good, you only get your cup when the food arrives, so if the food takes 15-20minutes (which I hope was just the exception and we just got unlucky) then you have to wait that long to quench your thirst. You can order while dining in by scanning a QR code on the table, this works as expected without any major hiccups.
