Went on A Friday night about 6.30pm and parked out the front by the bp gas station with plenty of parking. We tried going through the double doors at the front but it was locked so had to go around the side entry on the right. It wasnt busy at all and there was only one other customer instore and alot of people ordering to take away. My Partner and I ordered the Low carb burgers which are bunless, it would be great if their was an option for the onions to be cooked (not the deep fried onion rings or deep fried onion) . There was also a special for 5 tenders for $5 and we also got 1 Large post mix drink cup to share amongst . Total cost $38.85 for 2 people and we dined in. Service was great from the start to the end .We waited about 10 minites before it was delivered to us at our table so super fast service . The tenders were freshly cooked and the low carb burgers were delicious we enjoyed it that much that we ordered more & made sure we brought some for our flat mate at home . It did start to get busy after we finished our meals overall exsperience was a positive one and I would highly recommend it. The only downfall was I couldnt find the spotify playlist box to pick music (which hope islands store does) unless I didnt look around properly and the inside rubbish bin smelt really bad when disposing our rubbish. Before we left we also left our feedback about our exsperience for a free Cheeseburger make sure you screenshot the number when your completed or write it down and then go upto the counter and they will happily give you one.

The attached picture is in my opinion the best I could shoot with a phone in not idea lighting conditions of one of the best burgers I have enjoyed for a long time. It had flavour, it had crispy lettuce, and fresh tomato. Not forgetting the double Angus beef and cheese … so worth it!

Used to work across the road at 99bikes and ate there all the time, never disappointed. Tonight….. got 2 burgers that were so under cooked they were nearly blue and my famous burger looked like it could have made an episode of botched. Just ended up feeding it to my dogs. Not the stores fault though.

30 minute wait for food but it was incredibly busy which was understandable. Accidentally ordered a cheeseburger meal instead of a hamburger, went back up to correct it, staff were happy to fix it for us. When handed to us we were given a cheeseburger and a chicken burger with cheese. Disappointing as we were told the issue was fixed at the register and when it was handed to us. We were also not given the soda cup for the meal. Other than that food was good just upsetting to pay for food that we cannot eat due to dietary restrictions.

Ordered from the table. It said “Scan the QR using your camera or a QR app, place your order, pay and we’ll bring it to you”. The estimated time kept on delayed every 5 minutes. Waited for 30 minutes, nothing happened. Went to the counter where they gave me everything (the food was just sitting there) in one paper bag that broke in 5 seconds dropping everything to the floor. Also I was told that the coffee that I ordered is not available.

I have wanted to go for a while and finally got around to going there. At first I thought it was a bit pricey when ordering as I was comparing to McDonalds or Hungry Jack’s. But after receiving my burger I changed my mind. This was a much better quality burger. With that in mind I think it was a fair price to pay and the service from the staff was prompt and professional. I will definitely be going back.

The team were super chilled and served our orders promptly and politely. The counter staff patiently explained the different meal deals there was and didn’t bat and eyelid when I ordered the largest family meal and then a tradie deal. The staff even gave me a discount on the tradie deal by removing the price of the drink as my family meal had 4 drinks and there were 3 of us. Dining space was well spaced out and had lots of privacy to ourselves. Will definitely visit when in the area.
