Ordered in store using QR code. Took 35minutes to receive meal. Observed numerous walk ins order at counter and receive meal within minutes of ordering. Had I not approached the counter to enquire I would still be waiting. Apparently the staff are unable to read the screen orders.??? I can’t understand why.

Well I have been looking forward to visiting Carl’s Jr. Finally got chance today. Food looks great and could not wait to order, unfortunately, I did. Stood at counter for about 10 mins (only customer in store), being ignored by the two staff members filling sauce containers. So took some photos etc. Finally someone noticed me. I ordered a Western bacon burger and a chipotle chicken burger. The place is very clean. Ambiance is nice seating comfortable. The western burger was very tasty, would order again, as was the chicken burger. Prices are reasonable.

It’s fair to say on the surface I was pretty excited but the end result was pretty underwhelming. When you look at the photos on the board and then have a look at the photos of attached to clear case of nothing looks like it really looks. I mean seriously that little loan Mossley piece of tomato on a broken bit of iceberg lettuce and a scrap of onion and what looks like a broiled bit of meat it really isn’t much chop, even though you look at the board and all the burgers look juicy and delicious. One upside of the thick shakes all the milkshakes they’re very good flavour profile and taste delicious and a really nice that’s a big win and the funky fries have nice seasoning on them they’re delicious too. The way the hamburger was put together is not by mistake these people know how many pieces of lettuce and tomato you’re allowed to put on a burger and clearly they’ve been told to put very little on them so I put the blame on the company itself.

Finally tried carls jr after some time, food was what I expected for fast food. Biggest issue was the staff, we ordered online for pickup, once we got to the store the staff had no idea how to process it. They all seemed very young with no manager or supervising elders. They forgot our drinks and some food, all in all food was good need more supervising staff!

Went through drive thru, service was a little slow. Staff were very apologetic which was nice. I enjoyed the burger that I had, however for the name thick burger it was not. Burgers were hot, tasty, not dry at all. Onion rings were crunchy and hot.

Food is excellent. Clean as clean.friendly service with a smile. Finally a fast food different than the maccas, kfc and hungry Jack’s. Free refills and you can charge your devices while enjoying your visit. Spend the norm for family get a 10 cent a little off next door at BP.
