From the moment I walked in to get some lunch, this place was horrible. Customer service non existent, with not even an acknowledgment when I walked in. When placing an order the older man behind the counter seemed completely disinterested in taking my order. I thought that surely this place isn’t that bad and he’s just having a bad day. Until I ordered my Thai beef salad with extra meat. Little did I know all it was, was extra fat. I politely mentioned to the waitress that I asked for extra meat and I was a little disappointed in the amount of fatty meat and she responded with “we gave you two steaks so that’s extra” then walked off.

Waited nearly an hour for food after being told more than once that it would be ready in 5 mins. Other customers left with their refunds, but I decided to be patient and wait as I know things can go wrong. When I got my food, which was avo smash and eggs on sourdough, with 3 cherry tomatoes and a little feta on the side ($19), I was quite disappointed. The food was luke warm and not at all worth the $19. I ate it quite quickly because I was starving. I am from Geelong and still had a bit of a drive ahead after this. Regretting not waiting until Melbourne CBD to be served quick, yummy food. Avoid at all costs unless you want to waste your day on food you could make better in your own kitchen.

Macarons, it all about macarons. That was my first tought when I found this place and for a while I only bought macarons, but one day I found out that their pancakes are even better, especially the apple and cinnamon ones, I definitely recommend trying those. I haven’t tried their cakes, but from the looks I can tell that they will tatse just as good, so totally buying onefrom here for my birthday next month.

Had a lovely afternoon coffee with family and thought will bring my fiancée here, then noticed two large steps to get into the premises, my partner is a paraplegic and this cafe obviously discriminates against the disabled ignoring the rules set in the discrimination disability act stating all places must be made accessible
