Polite & Friendly service, Good Coffey, the stake sandwich was OK but just warm instead of hot and the plate it was served on was very cold. Sadly the warm chips were the worst I think I have ever had. Might I suggest if you are serving a hot meal serve it on a warm plate and PLEASE look at either your fry oil or potato supplier urgently!

Came in a couple of times about a month ago I had poached eggs they were cooked PERFECTLY. However came in last week and complete opposite, egg extremely under done egg whites still runny no taste no texture. Wont be ordering that again.

I love the gourmet sandwiches, comes in handy when you forget your lunch. But ended up tipping my iced latte down the sink as it was way to strong. I love my coffee but this was just way over the top like 6 shots to many.

I ordered a cheese and tomato toastie . The worst toastie I have had and a waste of money. I couldn’t taste any cheese and when I opened it there was no cheese at all one end of the sandwich and hardly any the other end . Tomato was cut so thin. You couldn’t taste any filling . Just like eating toast . Disappointed and wouldn’t go back. No comparison to other toasties I have had.

Female staff stood there and ignored me, mumbled under her breath. Even after I told her I can’t hear you over the coffee machine. Rolled her eyes and generally unpleasant, food is nothing special.

Absolutely great customer service. I use a walking stick and have a lot of trouble getting to and from places without getting tired and breathless. I lost the straw for my ice coffee. As I couldn’t walk back due to pain, I called the cafe and the lovely lady walked across the road to give me one. Over and above normal customer service! Thank you so much xxxx
