Freshly made hot egg, bacon & cheese roll with sauce of your choice PLUS a large coffee of your choosing was in a meal deal special for only $11.50, with their menu and prices all extremely reasonably priced, with a Hamburger with the lot being an extremely reasonable $13.00 I think it was, will definitely be back for lunch to sample one of these! Great work, top location, large cafe with many tables available, and located just down from the Brisbane Street Mall, in Charles Street. You MUST TRY THIS CAFE, YOU WILL BE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED ALL ROUND, with their extremely reasonable/cheap prices, wonderful daily specials (available to see on Facebook, if you look them up and better still, LIKE their fb page), amazing customer service, quality, freshness, expedience, friendliness, cleanliness, I highly doubt you will find a better cafe in Launceston and surrounds, wheelchair accessible toilet also available for customers, and lots of on-street parking, also within close and easy walking proximity to ALL carparks within Launceston, and a brief walk from city bus stops. Unfortunately yet again a waste of time and money. I waited over 20 minutes which was most of my lunch break. I ordered dine in but had to put in a take away bag as it took so long I had to try to eat walking back to work. Won’t be coming back that’s for sure. Pretty embarrassing pictures of what was supposed to be Chicken with bacon lettuce and tomato… No I didn’t pick anything off that’s the way it looked when I opened it up in case you were wondering

Food was nice but seeing an elderly staff member be rude to a young woman (also a staff member) left a bad taste in my mouth. Poor girl I hope she quits and finds another job elsewhere working with nicer people, no one deserves to be bullied at work!
