Poor service. Staffs served the food on the table not saying a single word not even a smile. I ordered chicken wings and they did not even offer a dipping sauce. I also ordered a burger and they served it on a plate just the size of the burger. I have been to other Burrito Bar and this branch in Kawana is just so different from the other branches I have been into. Plus staffs are just casually on the phone. We also ordered two burgers but ended up only getting one and they said they only charged us for one, probably did not get the order right because they’re too busy with their phone. Hopefully they do better, on the good side, food is still great! Loved it

This is uninspiring mexican of the boring and leaning towards bland and homogeneous kind and whilst I love fresh modern mexican I still have a place in my heart for old school tex mex and this is neither! Restaurant was tatty and tired, no toilet on-site and certainly not recommended unless you are desperate

Chicken was really dry and burnt in the burrito and the tacos and it looks like i’m not the only one saying this. Not enough sauce in the tacos either. Not sure if there’s a change of chef or not. Hopefully, it’ll improve next time I come back.

The worst burritos and chips we have ever had. we ordered 3 veggie burritos and chips the burritos were just onion, rice and tiny bit of capsicum. For $52 and complete inedible. I would have returned it but already drove home.
