We ordered three “The Lot” burgers as takeaway, and my friends and I were more than happy with the food quality. The bread was fresh, the meat was cooked properly and overall, it was prepared well. The chips were also fresh and delicious. The food got prepared quickly as the final positive point.

Burger wasn’t too bad in taste but poorly made. Chicken wings are horrible. I wouldn’t say overcooked, it’s disgusting, burned skin and dry inside $9 in the bin. Definitely never going back as I work just next door and would be a great burger joint if had good staffs who cares about the business.

Went with hubby. I got the classic with cheese, he got the Royale, and we split some fries and a shake. We both liked the bread and felt that’s what made it good. I liked the sauces. The shake was good, not phenomenal but I would go back just for a shake. We definitely will return for the burgers. After reading the other reviews, we might have to try a hot dog soon. Cup of fries was good for two people. It would be a five-star review, but we were not impressed with the lack of cleanliness. The tables were sticky and we had to switch out a wobbly chair. Other than that, decent place!

Burger’d needs to stop using Menulog. They are ALWAYS late with food and it’s ALWAYS cold and inedible when it does eventually arrive. Menulog will dump your food at the door without knocking. If Burger’d stuffs your order up, you have to get a refund through Menulog, and they will refuse your refund, every time. Will never order Burger’d food through Menulog again, and would warn others against it. Make sure you buy instore, so when they get it wrong, you can get a refund.

ok it’s called Burger’D but the sweet potato chips are so BOMB !!! I don’t even order burgers here. if you like sweet potato, just give it a go. I have no idea how these sweet potato chips taste so crispy and so perfect. Even though the price is questionable for a fried root vegetable, I swear innit it’s WORTH it, so GOOD ! Pick up time to true to the app pick up time if you order at night. This arvo (Saturday) we went about 4pm and we waited 10mins past the estimated time. There was only one employee and I’m sure it’s a one off. night time your service and food is normally done in adequate time!
