Came for lunch recently, never tried before. Settled on the bacon deluxe burger. Came out pretty quickly. Not too big or small. Couldn’t find any faults, hot, fresh. tasted great. Definitely recommend.

Really positive experience, no complaints at all from me on the burger. Got a double smash and the burger came out with 4 patties which is ok in my books. Took a few deep breaths in between the last few bites but managed to get it all away. Really nice balance of flavours and surprisingly not heavy and greasy.

I don’t eat burgers often but it was yum! Easy service with the QR code to order from your phone from the table. I actually really like the seasoning they put on the fries and the onion rings. They were a good size burger as well not too big not too small. I would actually go back to try different burgers. My partner loves a challenge so he tried the triple thic chic burger. I had the truffle bacon deluxe burger with onion rings.

First time in this place last night and it was amazing. Great Atmosphere. It Didn’t take long to get our food. I had the New Yorker With the share Plate And I was impressed, especially because me being an actual New Yorker I’m always judging anything that has New York in it but I was very impressed and satisfied. Customer service was amazing, the beautiful lady who took our order was patient and answered all of our questions on the drink menu with a smile and gracefully she was amazing. Definitely going back.

Food here is usually pretty great! The list of all the different burger options is great a long with their list of sides. Often, eating here, I’ve had lengthy waiting times also when ordering as a group, the meals often don’t come out together.

As a burger place, Burger Urge provides a reliable, consistent feed. I been to Gateway Burger Urge multiple times now and each time I have received exactly what I ordered. My one criticism might be that the price is higher than other franchised burger places, but with Burger Urge what is delivered to your table actually looks the same as the photos in the menu. I will certainly be returning the next time I have a craving for a burger.
