Fantastic customer service after a small stuff up with an order which was then followed with my own stuff up in relation to a dietary requirement. They picked up that I couldn’t have their rolls and remade the order again (third time) at no charge to me despite me offering to pay the difference for the change in roll.

Absolutely fantastic burgers, the patties were thick and juicy, cooked to perfection, having fresh jalapenos in the Devil burger was so nice, giving a crisp bite and the right amount of heat. The F.A.T burger was an absolute meat monster, the Texan fries were hot and crunchy and the onion rings were the tastiest I’ve ever had. Awesome service from the young man at the counter

Excellent burger, prices are very reasonable and service was pretty good, people that write bad reviews because of “young staff” need to take a look at themselves. It is hard to get staff, and young kids need an opportunity too, so, if they get it wrong, just chalk it up to inexperience, no need to rubbish a business given the difficult circumstances we’re all living in.

I had a burger and chips here and they were excellent. Any burger and the chips can be made gluten free and coeliac safe. I went out of my way to return here because the gf burgers are so good. The coffee, gf eclair and gf hedgehog slice were all from the Juice bar next door
