Ordered through doordash. Store shows as much care with the order as someone would a piece of trash. Order two box meals – only got 3 of the 5 products per boxed meals. Missing products did not include the dipping sauces (we got those) but instead was missing the two main sides in the meals. Statement from store, sorry we have a new staff member on. Now I understand mistakes happen, but to top it off, 1 burger was fine the second one was only able to be half eaten as chicken was so over cooked it had turned into a solid chunk that couldn’t even be cut through by a knife, and garlic bread ordered was rock hard and completely inedible. This was an institutional failure through and through and not because of 1 new staff member. Either get your act together or close down as service and quality like this isn’t just an issue, its absolutely ridiculous.
