Deciding not to dine out on Asian cuisine we found ourselves walking the wrong street in the Chinatown district. Our destination was to be the Windsor Hotel. Took a few friends to the recently opened Bossley bar in the redesigned and reopened Rydges. Connor behind the bar made us killer negronis and was super knowledgeable. Made us feel really welcome. Will come back soon.
