Went there last at 6:30 and it was close website said it was open till 7:30. Walk in before want 2 pancakes and he rudely said no 3 pancakes minimum, funny only had money for 2 that day so I walk out, end losing money himself. Making there own rules and close whenever tgey want, Yep lost a customer, hard to find a good fish and chips place today

Well cooked fish and chips and their burgers are really nice. Good customer service. Clean and tidy shop. Their pricing is reasonable. Their chips are crispy the fish is fresh and very tasty not to mention the basic dim sim is packed full fresh tasty ingredients being steamed or deep fried they are packed full of flavor. Staff offer friendly customer service.

This place is a gem in Boronia, I’ve tried a few others but this is the best of the best. The owners are really nice and it’s your classic family business. The burgers are fantastic but my favourite is the chicken schnitzel burger the key is the quality ingredients they use, but the the true star is the schnitzel itself crumbed and cooked to golden perfection. The prices are great and reasonable the servings a decent. Never had greasy oily dripping food. Would give more than 5 stars.

Rude staff, ignored us, zero communication, and no signage to state they don’t take card. When I asked if they take card (as the staff member was just staring at me blankly when I went to pay) he just shook his head and said “Nope” in an obnoxious and rude tone.

I cannot give this place any credit, they take my imaginary medal of “worst fish and chip shop eastern Melbourne”. the owners are absolutely miserable, when you walk in its clear you’re a big inconvenience to them. It’s clear that you will experience dreadful customer service, they will NOT go out of their way for anyone, if you want 2 potato cakes, they tell you in a negative tone “minimum is 3” or if you just want fish bites without chips, they will NOT do it. The tone that is expressed when trying to place your order is ridiculous. The quality of food is not worth giving this place a visit.
