I’m a young person with a disability I went in this morning for chips the chips where under cooked we called and spoke to the man they agreed to remake them when I have my disability support worker back when we called later to get them to make it we where spoken to rudely by the lady over the phone we thought maybe they didn’t understand the request so we went into the store to be yelled at and spoken down to by the male owner he stated that the chips where not under cooked even after agreeing they may of been because the oil wasn’t heated up enough he spoke over and continued to raise his voice when asked to calm down he continued to argue slammed $5 on the desk and told us not to return
