It is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area. Spectacular quality of food brought out very quickly. Wonderful service, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food tasted so delicious, it was very fresh. Definitely recommend coming here. It’s a little more expensive, but it’s worth it for the incredible quality and flavour. I will come back again soon

Came here on a late night out of the blue and I was excited by the various types of foods they offered on the menu. the service here was pretty friendly, and they even gave us complimentary fortune cookies, which didnt taste too good. We spent a fair bit here but we soon found out that it was not worth it at all. I dont recall it now, but the images will show you. The fried rice was the only good tasting meal that we had, and the others were king prawn cutlets, and some sort of pork dumpling. They were extremely tasteless, lacklustre, and overpriced for the amount we expected. The king prawn cutlets were the biggest let down of the night, as you can probably imagine it would be pricier than the rest considering its a seafood dish. Lo and behold, it looks like they got their kid to oven bake 8 pieces of prawn cutlets purchased from Aldi or something. It was so so so sooo bland, we weren’t even provided with a sauce for it, and I couldn’t help but feel ripped off when we received it. The dumplings were like the same, but since there was sauce and a bit of flavouring in it, it wasnt too terrible, but it wasnt great either. this time though, it was like they overdid It with the contents. There was so much meat in the dumpling, but it was really poor quality mince from the taste of it, like we were eating some leftovers from earlier in the day. It was very unfortunate that we had come across this situation tonight because I was really expecting something great. you could probably find a better asian restaurant if you spent a few more minutes driving. Save yourself the hassle and prob go elsewhere

The food at Blue Ocean Restaurant is always so delicious and always hits the spot! My family always enjoys coming here for a big family dinner or get-together as the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. The food is so great and if you ask, they can accomodate for you and make some changes with certain dishes (such as changing the type of noodle they use etc).

Went on a Monday night and it was packed. Was not able to get a seat so for takeaway. Everything was yuM but we got a few heavier dishes so couldn’t finish it (deep fried duck with plum). Loved the veggie with glutinous dish.
