The fish and chips tasted pretty good but VERY disappointed with serving size for price. Ordered a large and came as a small, so we are all left hungry and have had to cook up more food at home which defeats the purpose of takeaway being an easy feed! Wouldn’t go again or recommend for this reason.

Lady was extremely rude and unfriendly. Shocking customer service, the food was extremely over priced, $5 for a small gravy? Butter fish tasted like it had been sitting out for days as well as the chips. Very disappointed would not return here!

Ordered a butter fish pack and a piece of whiting. Whiting had bones, salads tasted like they had sat in the cabinet for a few days. Butter fish pieces were very small and super oily. Pack said it came with tartare sauce. It didn’t. They only edible thing was the chips. Won’t be back again.

This is the shop opposite Hungry Jacks . They make a real burger – very old school, wide but not tall and full of flavour. They got mine right even when I added things to the plain burger. The chips were crunchy and lightly salted – if you want more salt you can add it yourself. Loved the potato fritters as they were crunchy and not too fat. The lady at the counter was lovely and funny. We’ve tried a couple of places in Blackwood and Stirling but this one has the best burger so far. Will definitely go back again

Delicious…..We had a seafood pack, the fish was perfectly cooked, fresh and juicy. The calamari, scallop and prawns, also so delicious. The pack came with plenty of chips all for a very reasonable price. We ordered a small chips , extra crispy with lots of salt – they came as asked. We were only passing by, but if we are in the area again we won’t hesitate to stop again.

I called this business and received the rudest lady on the other end of the call. I received the wrong order (mistakenly rang the wrong Blackwood Chicken & Seafood shop, I’ll admit to that) but she blatantly REFUSED to let me know which road her store was on and NEVER suggested I had called the wrong chicken shop/number. I felt like I said something wrong, ended up crying and she made me feel like I was trying to lie my way in order to get a free meal or something.
