There wasn’t much open for late lunch on a Wednesday, but this hit the spot just fine. I had the beef burger and my partner had the salt and pepper squid. Burger was great, except there was a little too much of the white sauce for my taste. The salt and pepper squid was very tasty.

They were racist. I had the big breakkie, and my eggs were cold. No, seriously, how can eggs even get cold. And they were poached. Think about it. Poached eggs. Stone cold. Think about it. The coffee was trash. If you’re looking for good coffee, go to the one next door mate. They’re busy for a reason. Don’t waste your time.

Breakfast here was fantastic. Grabbed the eggs benedict and the waffles. Both were ready in a short amount of time, were warm, and of a reasonable serving size. I feel they could use a better coffee, but it wasn’t terrible.

Went there yesterday and got 2 chicken parmigianas which were priced pretty well for Halls gap. Got 2 beers with it, the lady serving grabbed them from the fridge and put them on the counter and asked if they were cold enough? Touched the outside and seemed cold but beer was warm once we sat down (glass is always cold to touch on the outside) so they should have told us to get a different beer. When the parmys came out they were small! nothing like the size of other reviews, had no ham and the cheese and tomato paste barely covered the top. The sides and bottom were burnt and crunchy and there was next to no chips.
