Wife had been with friends previous to us visiting as a family and had wonderful things to say. We visited on a Saturday at around 1pm. We ordered some kids meals, a spaghetti carbonara and a BBQ meatlovers pizza. I have to say the kids menu items are extremely good value for young kids. The adult meals were quite a let down. The pizza came out with a soggy slightly raw base which we had to send back to be re-fired. I have to point out at this poiny that the staff were excellent. No making faces. No rolling eyes. Apologised and got it done. Excellent. Having just sent back the pizza though I didn’t have the heart to tell them the carbonara sauce was watery hell. Kids love creamy pasts. They wouldn’t touch this one and that’s how I know it wasn’t the best. Sad thing is they cook didn’t even need to taste it to know it was a problem. The sauce was runny!

Billy Kitchen in Knox Ozone is a spacious family restaurant with inside and outside seating options. Menu covers a lot of the standard fare you would expect from a do it all venue with a good $6 kids menu too. Food here is serviceable without being anything fancy or wow, it’s little over priced for what it is. Service is ok although you may be looking for attention if you want something.

Went last Sunday for lunch. Great food and fantastic staff. Especially the manager on duty ( Ally ) …friendly,happy, willing to help in any way. She even rang the owner for us to enquire about a wine…how great is that!!

Went to Billy’s kitchen for dinner with the family. Service is good, depending on who you get I guess but the girl that served us has been very friendly and accommodating .

Went to billy’s kitchen today to have some lunch…service was great and the atmosphere was great but unfortunately the food wasn’t…pizza had no crust…bit soggy and ingredients on it wasn’t great either…taste wasn’t great as well…ended up leaving half of each pizza behind…also got the wagyu brisket Benedict and that didn’t impress either…would prob just go next door to groove train next time…

Come here quite often for brunch.. the best things on the menu are def the tomato bruscetta and BLT… both are delicious! Also tried the smashed avo, but found it lacked flavour… but 100% recommend the bruscetta and BLT!

Food was nice and fresh. Staff was friendly. Normally the restaurant is quite busy. Luckily we were there around 2pm so we got served quickly.
