Very fresh and hot. Loved the thin chips with the skin still in! Miss “I don’t like that” said she loved her mini burger, ate the lot and had extra chips! Most I’ve seen her eat in ages.

We had high hopes for our visit to Big Rigz. In the interest in being honest (& not just dishing out 5 stars willy nilly). It wasn’t a bad experience, it just wasn’t as highly rated as we hoped. Burgers were tasty, but we’ve had better. We tried a variety of burgers. The smoky rigz was tasty but the bun obviously became very wet quick and difficult to eat.

Excellent burgs! Finally got around to trying these heavy-hittters and they did not disappoint. Dined in on a Friday night and the service was quick, the food fantastic and the restaurant immaculately clean. As for the food, the burgers have some heft to them, so you definitely won’t go home hungry (I got my leftovers to go). Execution was perfect, with delicious, fresh ingredients, just the right amount of sauces and a thick, medium patty which somehow also manages to get that crispy, smokey flavour we love from a smash patty. Couldn’t leave without trying some of the loaded fries (Korean fries minus the kimchi) and they were awesome! Everything was spot on from start to finish, and the owner is a legend too. Will definitely be back.

Back for more burger goodness. Front crew has changed, very friendly, attentive and quick. Burger and chili fries is great as usual, consistency is key. Well done to the kitchen staffs, nothing has changed since I last frequent. But an adding to the menu Karaage is a must try, compliments the burger well and is served with what seems like a Tangy Fragrant Sesame Mayo. Give it a try peeps

This was a great place to go to and eat. The interior was well designed, and the service was really nice. The food itself was the best part of the establishment, as it had the best burgers of any restaurant Ive been to, probably. My only complaint was that the food was quite expensive, which makes sense since this is an independent business. I would definitely recommend coming here if you want a good meal that won’t make you feel bad for eating after.

Amazing! Lovely gentlemen served us at 8.51pm when they were shutting at 9pm. We were served with the Smokey and Cheese burger in five minutes and it was fresh, piping hot, juicy and so so tasty! We were outta there by 9.10 Thanks for the great service, food, atmosphere and for staying open even though you had your cleaning and closing to do See you again soon
