We have visited this establishment on 2 occasions over the past fortnight and have been extremely impressed. The staff are amazing and extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The food on both occasions was excellent. I used the app tonight to order, so I could try and win that amazing caravan that is on offer for my wife, and I made a mistake on it. The staff members was brilliant in helping me with a table buzzer to assist. I still stuffed up by ordering 3 drinks instead of 2. But the male staff member was amazing. Will definitely come here again. We have found this Betty Burgers to be the stand out of the 4 restaurants we have visited over the past 5 months. Well done to all staff there

Great Betty’s! Had lunch with a mate, the shop was pretty quiet which was surprising cause the food was great. Had the Betty’s classic with onion rings. Food was really good. Customer service was really friendly and fast. The area and vibe is really nice and thought out. There are toilets which is always good to have.

Visited today Tuesday 28th February. Was very quiet @ lunchtime, just how I like it. Food is delicious, although I do think for the price the fries should be included in the price not a side as the burgers are average size not big. I don’t mind paying extra for onion rings though. I found that the Burger buns were greasy on the outer top side. All in all the Staff were very polite, helpful & service was reasonably quick.

Me and A group of friends came 10 minutes before closing for a get together and the employees still served us and cooked meals for 9 people within the span of 20 minutes. Absolutely amazing service! Despite the overtime and closing at 8pm they were still lovely and offered fantastic customer service! It was also on a random Tuesday night. Props to the staff
