The food was nice at a good price with large serving size. That’s the good stuff now the not so good. The main meal was served in a plastic takeaway container, never had that before in a restaurant. The bento meal did not reflect what was written on the menu. It was meant to have stir fried vegetables and miso instead no miso and salad. When I questioned it they swapped the salad for “fried potatoes”. Do not eat here if you have dietary restrictions.

We had a private function group dinner last night at Bento Queen. The place is just right for us: comfortable, cosy and homey. I like the decor in the restaurant. The service was nice and friendly, and the food was yummy and tasty , big portion and nice presentation. We had takoyaki, fried chicken and salads as entree. Then we had fried rice, noodles and so many other dishes as main meal. Everything was nice. It is located on Sturt st in the city. Highly recommend this place!

Great Bento! Basic establishment, but terrific service, very hospitable. Wide selection of flavours, something for everyone, including the kids. Prices are fair and even better with a scoopon deal. We will return.

Food is fine but staffs there are crazy. They’re kind enough for extra dishes u can add in ya bento but also cruel enough to charge us $2.8 for HALF egg. Gee, they’re insane.
