The food was great, scrambled eggs had enough eggs to easily fit on all slices of toast, almond croissant was amazing. The ladies serving were very nice, they accidentally made us an extra “cold chocolate” so they gave it to us for free. But the best thing; The music playing there was amazing. The music was perfectly loud enough to hear lyrics while not disrupting people talking. Playing songs like “them changes” “Hell N back” “little dark age” “viva la vida” “moonlight” and “pumped up kicks”. The atmosphere was great.

Our Charity bike ride had lunch, some 25 riders & staff. I was most impressed with the customer service & ongoing communication by staff. The food was top quality & to top it off the Chefs came out of the kitchen to meet us. You can’t beat country hospitality. Well done!

I regularly grab a coffee from this place when I go for a walk along the beach. Today I grabbed a latte and tried their special menu item for lunch. As usual, the coffee was exceptional. The special was a seafood fettuccini. Admittedly, the meal was lacking some variety in the seafood and the pasta was a little bit claggy (I made a suggestion to the staff that they mix the sauce through). Otherwise, the flavour of the sauce was delicious. I think for the price it could be enhanced a bit with some tweaks, but the flavour was right. I recommend Ebb and Flow – particularly for their breakfast/brunch items which is what they’re more or less known for.

Staff was fantastic and food was incredible. Such a fantastic location to! A very intimate setting. 4 Stars because we did wait quiet a while for it to come out but don’t let that deter. I feel that wouldn’t be a normal deal.
