Shop was clean and calm even though it was busy. The food was lovely, didnt taste greasy and the chicken/seafood was not over cooked. We were served by a very nice young man who was prompt and polite at the register, he also asked if i needed help opening the door as i had my two children with me.

Lady serving was rude asked for extra tartare sauce just to have eyes rolled at me. Then i asked if if i helped myself to drink, as she started serving another customer i apoligised for interupting to hgget eyes rolled again. When picking food up from counter went to pick it up only to be told not too touch it like a naughty child. Havent been in to barnacle bill at munno for ling time and wont be back

Worst barnacle bills we have ever encountered, staff are the rudest, unprofessional and unpresentable lot in a Barnacle Bills ever seen. Food was cold, we observed her to use her hands to put the chips etc into the box…ugh….we will never be back and will never recommend this dive of a place ever.

spent $40 on food just for the chips to arrive unsalted, the coleslaw was warm and the chicken tenders tastes more like fish than anything, we’re also missing all 3 spring rolls, when we called the manager Jamie told us to take it up with uber as it’s not their problem, as if they didn’t cook it and send it to us like that. absolutely appalled

Yesterday Karen and I had lunch at barnacle bill’s and saw something that most retail stores are lacking which is Great customer service, Linda was absolutely fantastic and so efficient, the food was fresh,hot and bloody delicious.

Bought lunch there for the first time in a while and was disguisted with the level of hygiene. The lady who was serving us at the register was also helping dish up food, she had long nails, lots of rings on, didn’t wear gloves and was using her hands to dish up the food. I could tell by another customer watching her that I wasn’t the only who was shocked by this. Will not be returning to that store.
