it’s simple … good food, burgers like you remember, flaky potato cakes, mmm fried dim sims, and a sweet and honest couple running the show. all the frills are in the great taste and generous portions. there’s a fancy place a few minutes away in a slightly better location, and they suck compared to autumn place.

Friendly people, everything cooked fresh, got a massive hamburger with the lot, including pineapple + a steak/onion sandwich. Absolutely delicious. Reasonable $ too.

Staff were nice and friendly. I’d heard a fair bit of good feedback from friends and family so I had high hopes. Granted, what I ate, although soggy and oily, was nice. Unfortunately we had items forgotten, we waited in the shop and drove the 2 minutes home only to find the food a mess, oily and incredibly soggy. The family members I ate with were surprised as they eat here regularly and said it had never been like that before. The croquette was completely squished and everything was basically stuck together. Again, we also had 4 items that were forgotten but definitely paid for as we watched them write things down. Due to the great word of mouth I’ll be giving them another chance, I guess it was just an off night, but I had I not heard previously that they were usually wonderful I wouldn’t be coming back.

Horrible. Soggy chips. Old oil. Oil too hot. Burnt on outside undercooked on inside. No salt added. So oily. Probably the worst I’ve had. Burger was mushy. Lettuce seemed like it had been cooked. Tomato was mushy as. Never coming back.

No eft, old oil causing the product to look over cooked when in actual fact it isn’t. The old oil also presents to product very oily with a bad taste. This fish and chip shop used to be good under the old owners but it is going from bad to worst.
