Most of the reviews for Asian Gourmet seem to be quite old (and poor), but my most my most recent experiences have had me returning multiple times. The food is simple but tasty, the fried rice is nice and dry, not oily or over cooked, still has a lovely texture. Beef and blackbean is the winner but the Sweet and Sour pork is also up there and their mini dim sims are a great grab and go snack and to top it off, nice friendly smiling staff. Keep up the good work!

One of few Asian restaurants that don’t do good food. I had one o those pre-packaged fried rice with lemon chicken and didn’t finish it. I normally finish my food. Staff wasn’t enthusiastic to serve either. Wish just had KFC that day.

Fried rice taste like plain white rice with chunks of carrot. The beef and black bean was the highlight of my meal but even then it lacks in flavour, another minus for the gigantic chunks of zucchini and for shoving in as much rice as possible for my half and half. 1 star for the food. 1 star for good customer service.

Customer service is good and I’m always greeted by friendly staff, however they should be wearing gloves when handling. I only ever buy one dish here because the rest just taste terrible. They recently increased their prices which are absolutely ridiculous considering the quality of the food.

The only food which is good in this restaurant is Samble fried rice. The website says it’s open till 5pm but the kitchen closes by 4pm. And they sell old stock for half price in last one hour. Poor customer service. I would like to give 0 starts if that rating existed.

Terrible food…overkill main dishes with celery and no flavor in dishes.. I order curry chicken and no curry lol.. I told them and they just smiled and made excuses for chef or different style.. last $27 they get out of me. Should have had kfc or maccas whos products alway taste the same. Not to even offer part or anything for advising them of poor quality food that they dont even know about.

Vietnamese rice paper roll was 90% bean sprouts 2 prawns per roll, cut in half and layered on outsides of roll. Bad quality, would not eat here again.
