Aria + Sol is the practical training kitchen and restaurant of Australian Professional Skills Institute RTO52007 (apsi.edu.au) where students can practise their culinary skills in a fully operational commercial kitchen. This training kitchen is purpose built for training to maximise effectively training in culinary skills. The bar restaurant area can be opened to public to allow students to have real life experience in a commercial hospitality venue.

We had the pleasure of being invited to experience exquisite and well-prepared lunch at this newly opened training restaurant. I had one of the best tandoori chicken I’ve ever tasted. Although it is a training restaurant, they served us with amazing food and just a few steps from Claisebrook train station. Looking forward to being invited again!
