Last night, my partner and I went to ANY Dining to celebrate my partner’s 30th birthday and we tried the Chef’s Tasting Menu. Overall, the food was good and our favourite is the first dish, the salmon roe with potato skin and chamomile. The atmosphere was warm and intimate and the staff were friendly. However, I was upset when they didn’t fulfilled my birthday request which was to write a Happy Birthday note on the dessert plate when I specifically wrote it during the booking process. Usually other restaurant would be able to do it but even if they can’t do it, at least let me know so I won’t be expecting it.

It’s been a while since I’ve been able to enjoy such a delicious meal in Perth. What an underrated gem of a place and absolute privilege it was for us to be able to dine here. There are lots of restaurants are able to offer consistently decent modern Australian food but it takes real creativity, inventiveness and attention to detail to be able to push the envelope.

6 STARS if I could!! Great service, delicious cocktails and Beautiful food. We had front row seats. Chef Josh and his assistant were brilliant and spoke about the ingredients and the inspiration behind each dish, I love knowing these things! For the price, it was soooooo worth it. We were really full at the end. Will definitely return.

We were absolutely blown away by everything here. Ambiance was beautiful – chic but warm and inviting, you also have the option to sit by the bar by the open kitchen. There is a lovely waiting area to grab drinks in before you are seated. We kicked off our entrees with the sourdough, raw beef and raw scallops. Every single thing was absolutely delicious – so much detail went into it and every bite was an experience. We had the squid ink pasta and the pork neck as our mains – again, blown away. Such complex flavours in each bite. We felt like each dish carried a tangy profile, which we are big fans of. It allows us to enjoy the diversity of the menu without feeling too sickly after. Ended the night with the cheesecake with carrot. We were alarmed by the actual carrots but it simply worked – so so impressed. Can’t wait to come back and share the food with our friends and family. Service was excellent, you could tell that everyone was just as enthusiastic about the food that was being served. Price is well worth it at this standard!

We went to ANY Dining for a birthday dinner. We had chef selection menu, where we were served these foods on the counter while watching the chef prepared it. The foods were amazing and every single dish has its own complexity. Our favourite is the second dish, the jerusalem artichoke. The service was friendly and it felt intimate. 9.5/10 overall and we would love to come back.
