Food was outstanding been here a couple of times and each time was just as good! And service was impeccable Zayna and her family are so beautiful and welcoming. Best of all its 100% Halal which is definitely a bonus! Their watermelon drink is a highlight. I remember coming when it first opened and since then it has been getting better. This review on Google is long overdue. Already posted about them on social media. We were so glad to have found Al Mexic. My American husband almost got emotional because the tacos reminded him of home. The staff were so kind and friendly, we couldn’t not tell all our friends about them. Sending them good vibes that maybe one day, they can have their own brick and mortar store where customers can enjoy their food every night!

The best birria tacos in Melbourne. Meat was juicy and soft, and the consomme has a great depth of flavour. We also had the corn and their special animal fries which were crispy and delightful. The owner and the chef are nice and friendly!

WOW! Tacos were undoubtedly the best I’ve had. Crispy shell, juicy beef and just enough spice to give them a nice edge. I had four, but I could have had another four they were that tasty! And you must have the home made lemonade! The orange blossom makes it a truly unique taste experience. The people who own and run the truck are just great humans. We will be back again and again and…..well you get the picture!

Came here a few days ago, the food was amazing, and i loved the atmosphere! The taco’s wee flavoursome and the loaded fries were to die for! crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. the meat is delicious too. i would definitely come again. cant wait to try the other menu options.

We have been here a few times now, absolutely love this place. The slow cooked meat in the little fried tacos with dipping sauce is amazing! Even their homemade pickle. And the girls working here are so kind and very hospitable. I hope they do well. Great job.

Firstly the service was excellent very kind and helpful, thought the food on the other hand was lacking a little bit of flavour but overall pretty good. Tacos need more evenly distributed meat, corn and loaded fries were very delicious. They did forget a few tacos but were very happy to fix that up and a few complimentary sauces. Overall very tasty and would recommend 8/10

The food was tasty. The service was good and the staff were friendly. Took around 10 minutes to get the order done. The Birria tacos were really nice and full of flavour (spicy). The sweet potato fries are good and crunchy, but for me, they are not as good as normal fries. The wrap was good as well, but ingredients were not distributed evenly. The only downside is that we paid $60 for 2, but we felt food was not enough. I would say at least $40 per person is needed to leave feeling full.
