Don’t forget to buy some bread as if you don’t your missing out. We went here twice for pies and other bakery goods and wasn’t disappointed.

They should have a menu outside, tiny shop and you can only see what’s available when you get to the counter, if people know what they want while they are lining up would speed up the process a lot. And they should really tell people if there is capsicum in their sausage roll, the smell is offensive to some people, and it’s a unusual ingredient in a sausage roll.

Had a delicious red wine beef pie. It was a little dry in the first few mouthfuls, but then it transitioned to a juicy chunky steak pie. Yum. You can definitely taste the wine flavour infused into the tender meat. Highly recommend. The pastry top was good. The base was a little thicker than other places but gave it a crunch. Couldn’t fault.

Wonderful bakery and nice service too. We had the best vegetarian pie we’ve found anywhere, which was the broccoli cauliflower and cheese pie. They were all sold out but were able to heat a couple up for us and it was well worth the wait! Also tried the bread, rolls and donuts which were great too.
