The food here is mostly good. Sometimes the subs are out together haphazardly, but they’re fresh. The staff do seem quite sad here and it feels like this store is incredibly understaffed. Drive-thru is very slow. Can take upwards of 15 minutes to order a couple of subs here.

All 4 6 inch subs ordered were incorrect in one way or another. Was told i would need to wait up to 15 minutes for the food but not until i had ordered and started waiting. No explanation of extra wait time or apology. Used drive through to order.

Drive thru is great. My order is accurate✔; my Sub and Cookies are fresh & soft (the way I like them!). It’s ⌛ready by the time you pay (’cause I’m usually ♀️rushing around doing other things on my lunch break.) Staff are friendly and can usually remember my order ’cause I’m pretty regular there #subwayloyalycardholder .

Pre-ordering via app is recommended. Drive-thru is convenient. Wait during peak times (specifically lunch time) is extensive. Quality of drive-thru customer service is unpredictable.

Terrible service today. There was a line out the door, and even with three staff members serving, it wasn’t going down. Half the line walked out of the store. The people serving were soooo slow, didn’t have any hygiene, we’re messing up orders left right and centre and weren’t even wearing gloves properly. Everyone in the store was extremely annoyed and I can guarantee a lot of them will not be going back, including us.

We enjoy Subway as a healthier option, but service is lacking. The last lady who served us had a sour look on her face, didn’t listen, had to repeat our order multiple times & still had to correct her. The atmosphere is okay.

Food was not what we ordered wrong sauce salad was like someone had throw it together in a hurry. Wrong sauce. When I rang them and.complained they told me I should have brought it back but I live on the other side of town. They said sorry we can’t do anything unless u bring the food back not good customer services. I won’t be going back unless they change there attidute and at least try and do something to help. $22.00 down the drain basically. Make sure before u leave the store make sure your orders right if you can. This is subway on ruthven intersection
