Worth hour and half drive to this beautiful serenity place. Had amazing experience of the food, cocktails and customer service. we wanted indoor seating which we did not get but the weather was so good that outdoor seating arrangement was amazing. Top notch food we got. Expensive but worth the money. 8 at Trinity had so many veg options that i did not expect travelling so far is definitely worth it. Kudos to Joe who served us and provided us good feedback on whats the best. Todd the manager was amazing as well. Had amazing time there.

Great day here at 8 at Trinity. It’s busy which is it’s downfall because the service then becomes slow . Waited too long for drinks… we ended up having cocktails with dessert instead of coffee. But having said that the waiter was happy to cancel the drinks but the girls were happy with cocktails.

There is no comparison in my eyes to the level of quality experienced at 8 at Trinity. This place was incredible down to the last detail. Our personal waitress Trisha was amazing, so friendly, and managed to clear our table as if the dishes had disappeared before our eyes. Absolutely stunning and the location to die for!!

Beautiful location, amazing service by Burcak, Aaren, Maria, Trisha and Hazel — they deserve a bonus. The food was scrumptious! It was a great experience to come here. I will definitely come back here and recommend to my family and friends.

It’s actually unbelievable driving down from the M1 that this place, and a place of this quality, even exists. I was genuinely impressed. We were invited as guests of the host – disclaimer- however the fact it was SO busy for Sunday lunch tells me the locals all know and love it regardless. Great quality produce at cheaper than Sydney prices. Awesome cocktail list (three pages) and so much potential to still grow!

Must do bucket list experience. Beautiful surrounds outside by the lake & inside is exquisite. Customer service top class, friendly & down to earth. Food & cocktails are works of art, did not disappoint, full of flavour, a party on the palette. I will be visiting again. 4 course seafood with 2 cocktails very reasonable $164 for such 5 star everything.

This is a Superb, beautifully placed restaurant overlooking the wonderful Lake Macquarie. What started up as a pop up restaurant, by a well known local family who are realty specialists, they have shown that a clever concept and brilliant service with outstanding meals worthy of a Michelin star can be successful, whilst not in a major city. The menu is to say the least, Stunning, you find amongst the many delights from a vaste range of seafood, meat and vegetarian options, serving up many of the traditional treats one expects from some of the finest Sydney establishments.
