One of the more nicest places to dine around Blackwater. The food is nice but I experienced quite slow service which is why I have given 3 stars instead of 4. I recommend you try, but I hope the owners push their waiters and chefs to deliver a service that can achieve more than 3 stars.

Pretty good food for a regional mining town. We got one great steak and one bad one. Sent the bad back and they replaced it no problems. The wine was nice. Looks like they’ve simplified the menu and the food they do, they do well. I’ll be back.

Reserved a table, arrived on time told our table is ‘Over there’. We sat there for 20 mins, watched the waitress do drinks for other patrons, give table water to a couple that walked in. Still nothing. So left and rang them up to explain why we left, to be told there was only one person on and that we should have told them we wanted drinks. When I said staffing was not my problem, I was told “Oh well, goodbye” and they hung up on me. If this is the service you get, we won’t be back.
