I come here at least once or twice a week through in the drive through before work and they are always so fast even despite how long the line gets I’m never waiting too long, always made perfect with no errors and the staff seem warm and happy. It’s really great to see service like this.

stopped in for take away coffees every morning for a week. the drive seems to be consistently busy. as I don’t like drive thrus I chose to go inside to order even though I thought it might take longer because of the busy drive thru, but the staff were friendly efficient and so speedy. quickest zaraffas I’ve ever been to. and love the loyalty app.

Love a zaraffas coffee just wish the drive thru didn’t always back up to the point that the car park is unable to negotiated by cars trying to come in or leave. Not their fault but it does feel like something that should be reconsidered.

Arrived at 8pm to oder just a tea and microwaved pumpkin roll- super easy. We got told they have no microwave and close at 8? When it states 9pm? We then mentioned we’ve driven 20 min out to and if we could May be purchase a muffin? The young man with a plate hair type mullet was extremly hostile and rude- he legit purposely threw the muffin on us and it bounced back on the floor road via drive thru! No apologizes nothing also coffee machine was still on too yet he lied and denied any hot beverages

The drive thru is very popular. However, the dine in/sit down and enjoy a coffee and chill area is very much a letdown.

My time at Zarraffa’s was fantastic, the customer service was absolutely exceptional and I felt properly looked after. In particular, our server Annekke always had a smile on her face and was extremely helpful when my partner and I had questions about the menu.

The staff at Zarraffas, Mango Hill, are absolute Superstars. They get smashed all day every day and manage to pull through! It is one of the busiest coffee stops I ever seen and yet the staff get it done with smiles on their faces.
