First time trying and food is ok. Available combinations are limited and to get what I would like required adding on lots of extras. Service was not friendly and made to feel like a pauper for questioning the costs. I get it but you don’t need to be demeaning. Too expensive for what was ultimately in the bowl. Last time going there

$2 extra for a teaspoon of guacamole, and don’t you dare ask for a little more for that $2 or else the girl with the red highlights will humiliate you in front of everyone. Rudest staff member I have ever experienced, unfortunately it looks like she works most days, so be warned: it’s hard to avoid her!

Such a ripoff I got the “power bowl” it’s more expensive and it comes with “extra filling” which honestly it doesn’t, also doesn’t come with sour cream and cheese so you have to pay for it. I do not recommend this place at all, go to the ground floor and you’ll find better places or even Guzman y Gomez it’s much better

Good food but poor hygiene. I sat at the table opposite watching multiple staff members pick at their faces with their gloves on then proceeded to serve customers

Honestly worst food ever. Way to expensive for this! Not fresh at all. The bowl I had was just a few letters with souce. One teaspoon of guacomole cost 2 $ extra. Rather go to guzman y gomez! Way better food for value

Looking back some 6 years later, this was on of the best burritos I’ve ever had. The customer service was amazing. If I could ever manage to come back to Perth, this is the only place I would eat.

I love this place! Usually you have to wait for the cauliflower to be heated up in other Zambreros locations, but here the cauliflower was ready to go!

So i’m waiting in line patiently, they didn’t seem that busy but I thought I would just wait a bit and then they would serve me. People start lining up behind me and finally the girl behind the counter walks over, looks right through me and asks the person standing behind me what they would like to eat?! Upon realizing that I was invisible I promptly left and went to get some sushi whereupon my physical appearance returned and I was served and acknowledged as being real.

Many choices from clean and well spaced out food hall vendors. Indoors on 1st floor with good view onto Hay Street Mall thru large windows. Tables regularly cleaned by staff with pleasant surroundings.

Disappointing experience. Went in to purchase my usual Chickito. The black rice was not cooked, impossible to eat most of it. Went back to the 2 staff, they tried the rice themselves and said “yes that’s normal, they are hard”. I eat black rice often, and when it’s cooked you can eat it. I couldn’t eat my burrito today. They didn’t offer anything. I won’t go back that’s for sure.
