Normally I often enjoy the food here but the last time I went turned me right off. I at first asked for a small burrito and was given a big burrito and charged for it also. And when I said NO sour cream the women proceeded to dump sour cream all in my burrito. I didn’t want to say anything because the worker seemed agitated and wanted to get rid of me. Overall, a very disappointing experience

I would consider myself quite an avid Zambrero enjoyer, however my experience today was quite disheartening. Some of these new trainees have no idea about customer service. They don’t know how to treat customers in a quick and efficient way. I walk into the store, almost empty, and the girl working is doing something which is fine, luckily I had some time to wait. She stops what she’s doing and seems like she’s about to serve me, and then goes back to whatever she was doing?!! Hello. I’m standing right here. I get what it’s like to work in a busy environment with endless jobs, but seriously, you have to serve people as soon as they come in, don’t leave them waiting. Lucky I wasn’t some person who doesn’t understand or couldn’t wait, because I’m sure that if it happened to anyone else they wouldn’t be so forgiving. Zambrero Hobart PLEASE train your staff in people skills a little better. Your customers deserve it.

Used to be my favourite. Quality/care and service have all fallen down here. Missing items and instructions not followed….no apologies for dessert

Understaffed, no sense of urgency. It’s a wasted lunch break to stand in line for that long. Also raised the price and size of the small portions so now I am paying more for food that will only go to waste.

Twice in a row I have turned up to pickup my online order and the staff are continuing to serve the line in store and only prepare my order when I ask for it. I was told the instore queue takes priority and I should just come in and get in the queue. Something is not right with this. At least the burritos are good.

Need to support junior staff better! Restaurant not busy but the junior staff member that served me got confused by my order, overfilled and then couldn’t wrap the burritos, forgot the order and then another staff member put the wrong sauce in my burrito to hurry him along rather than offer to help. Disappointed

We don’t often go to these types of eateries. And now I know why. The server didn’t want to be there. My husband had to repeatedly ask him what he said. When he did start to put our burrito together it looked terrible. The paste (beans) he tried to smear on, looked old and dry. The ‘meat’ came out of the pot hot looking and sloppy. I had to leave then.
