Ordered a big chicken toasted burrito at the counter. Normally they will ask what fillings I would like in it, but this time they didn’t. What I received was just rice and the chicken in a burrito. I didn’t even get asked what sauce I wanted. No one (apart from one of the workers, who was busy with something else) seemed to have a clue what was going on.

Food was excellent, delicious as usual, however we ordered online before we got there. We arrived when we ordered it for, and it was sitting ready for us, but the workers ignored us and didn’t welcome us or say hi or anything. They didn’t ask if we needed anything or how they can help us. They weren’t even doing anything! Ignoring other costumers while we were there too.

Tiny portion size when ordering via Uber Eats. About a 1/4 of what you’d get at other stores. Really disappointing as you pay around $18.50 per meal. Feels like a rip off!

We live close so come here alot and the customer service has always been so amazing. So friendly and professional even when they are busy/overwhelmed. I have not had a bad burrito or bowl from here, they are always made so well! Sometimes there isn’t enough ingredients but only when it gets later at night which is understandable.

I ordered a Power Burrito which is gluten free. They delivered a normal burrito. Apparently the gf wraps have been discontinued. So why is it still available to order? Why wouldn’t you bother to get in touch before sending out an order that your staff admitted they KNEW was incorrect? No replacement delivery was offered when I called, they could have easily subbed it for a power bowl. Sure, we can dispute the order and potentially get a refund but that doesn’t provide a meal delivered tonight. I can’t drive as I’m on medication, so there is no option to go in and pick up a substitute.

I have never ever had a bad meal or anything bad to say about Zambero but the lettuce in my burrito is full of sand. Not very nice crunching on sand… disappointing and gross.
