Very unhygienic!! Came into the store to get some Vegan nachos, and the young chap put less than a finger pinch of vegan cheese and said he ran out. The tortilla chips were so burnt, I asked him to make me another one. This time I just said give me a vegetarian nachos. The young chap spilled some cheese on the dirty black counter and instead of putting it in the bin, he put it in my nachos and the rest just brushed it back into the cheese container. How ridiculously disgusting and not a care in the world. I would be reporting this unhygienic practice!!

So, I pay an online order and the pick up time was 11:10, I turn up at 11:20 and they just started preparing it. I walk to the counter and as the person “hi, just picking up my online order, *order name*,” he looks dead at me and just replies “ok.” Stands and keeps looking at me (weird). Poor service, good food and couple of the employees are very friendly.

Got the gluten free burrito via Uber eats. Was disgusting, wrap was stale, sooo much rice and no sauce even though I paid for extra sauce. Burrito was split completely in two places and not wrapped up in the tin foil properly. Won’t be ordering from here again.
