This place is like a cha chen ten in Hong Kong. Menu are all HK style in which I think the owner is from HK. Price in menu is not cheap. A normal milk tea is AUD9 which is near HKD46, more than double of HK price. Dishes are also over HKD100 which is quite above normal average. If there is a wish to try HK food in Gold coast, this is a place you can visit.

We’ve been going here for dinner a few times a week for the last few months since moving into a holiday unit in Surfers. What a great place! Affordable food, the best fried rice I’ve eaten in a long time (we’re obsessed with it), great wonton soup, awesome prawn dumplings and the best dessert around… one of the best fried bananas I’ve ever eaten! The ladies there are all lovely, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this place.

We ordered chicken fried rice and it was pretty good. A bit dry and needed a bit more flavour but worth going back to try a different plate. Still tasted good. If give the meal a 7/10 but everything else was great.

Ordered food and drinks at 7pm, 2 plates arrived an hour later with our drinks. Half an hour later the other 6 dishes arrived. Chips burnt food half cold and food over cooked. Do not recommend this place. Whilst waiting patiently so many customers left. Service is slow as it appears they are well under staffed.

The food was mediocre and not how I remembered it when I visited years ago. Visited Wok again last month and the food was not that great considering the cost, however we did dine in closer towards closing. Worth a try but I personally wouldn’t go back.

Food was ok, but I feel deeply deceived. Ordered vegetarian mince meat dish. The minced meat is so small I can’t even see it (there’s none). My husband’s veggie dish had only one piece of tofu!
